Membership applications for the main dojo and Senshinkan are welcomed at any time. Please contact us in advance if you would like to visit our dojo for watching a lesson or a trial practice (2-3 times approximately).

What you need to join

If you wish to take a leave of absence, please notify us in advance by the 10th of the current month at the latest, and the monthly fee for that month will be waived. If you wish to take a long-term leave of absence, please be sure to inform us of your intention.
- Withdrawal from the main dojo and Senshinkan

If you wish to withdraw from our dojos, please let us know in advance, or you will be considered to have withdrawn if you have been in arrears for more than 6 months. In this case, you will be asked to pay the admission fee if you decide to resume training.
- In addition to the above, admission fee, examination fee, and registration fee with Aikikai Foundation are required for promotion and examinations.
- At first, you may wear any sports cloth with long sleeves and long pants that allow you to move easily. If you are interested in purchasing a dōgi (training uniform), let us know and we will arrange it for you. Prices vary depending on the size, but the standard price is around 8,000-9,000 yen for children and 9,000-10,000 yen for adults.
- Suminoe Classes are charged separately.
